    It's a start...


    As every writer can attest, those rejection slips sure can get old after a while! In fact, I had pretty much given up on this story ever getting published anywhere. But God has a way of getting out what He wants out in His timing and this one was all Him, I didn't have to strive for it at all:

    A Narrow Escape

    A good lesson to remember is to be persistent, but don't get overly wrapped up in yourself that rejection becomes personal. God promotes your work in His time and in His place. In the end, it's always better.

    This is a good lesson.

    I never let rejections get personal, but I also don't give up on things that really matter. Like friendships and human relationships with other people...
